Too much use of beauty soaps is harmful

These colour gives Impotency, cancer, infertility and even a baby in uterus can also be dead. Arhar dal, sabji, sweets etc are also being coloured for gaining profit. So avoid market food items and make foods at home as much as possible.
Excessive consumption of salt is harmful
Excessive use of salt in your food is dangerous. It gives us hypertension which leads to heart diseases.
Consumption of tobacco product is harmful

Use jaggery instead of sugar
