typhoid fever is caused by salmonella typhi.this causes fever ,headache and abdominal problems as symptoms.

take paracetamol 500 mg 3 times a day and ciprofloxacin 500 mg 2 times a day for 10 days.after starting ciprofloxacin  the patient begin to feel better very quickly but it takes 5 to 6 days for the temperature to settle.
